Student Council
The SCA elections committee supports the Taylor staff SCA advisor to carry out the SCA election each Fall at Taylor. The committee chair reaches out to the SCA advisor in September to understand the needs for the election. This is usually parent volunteers throughout the day of the election and every few years is the purchase of “I Voted” stickers for the students. Once the date and schedule for the election is established, the chair organizes a sign-up for parent volunteers, advertises it in the PTA weekly newsletter and ensures adequate volunteer coverage for the event.
