The Spring Fair is an annual tradition, and a tremendous day of fun for the Taylor community. The Fair takes over the school and grounds with games, bake sale, food trucks, crafting, cotton candy and sno cones, a tie dye station and more! Don’t forget the raffle! PTA and parent volunteers make this beloved Taylor Tradition possible each year.

Volunteer Info

The spring fair cannot happen without the work of A LOT of volunteers.  All are welcome: moms, dads, grandparents, high schoolers – no experience necessary!  

There are two ways to help:

  1. Serve as an activity lead (signup here ).  Being the activity lead means coordinating one station for the fair from soup to nuts, including purchasing any necessary supplies (we will help with that and you’ll be reimbursed), setting up and breaking down the station on the day of the fair, and recruiting volunteers and staffing the event.  We encourage you to team up with friends to work the event and spend a few hours together on what is sure to be an amazing spring day with the Taylor community!  

  2. Provide more general support to the fair (signup here).  Options here include helping with ticket sales (either before or during the fair), helping staff particular booths, or just pitching in wherever is needed!   An hour or two is a HUGE help – no amount of time is too small.

TICKETING INFORMATION

$1 = 1 ticket.  If you buy in advance, you’ll get a discount.  Make sure to stop by Taylor both before and after school on Wednesday through Friday May 15-17.

Cash is greatly preferred but credit or check is fine too.

If you plan to enter the raffle, save time by writing your name and phone number on the back of EACH ticket.

How Many Spring Fair Tickets Do I Need?

See below to determine how many tickets are required for your favorite games and activities. Be sure to buy enough tickets to take your chances on raffle items too.  

TIP: If you have any unused tickets, use them in the raffle!  Names and phone numbers are required for tickets used in the raffle (and a good idea in case a bag of tickets gets lost!) 

THE FAMOUS TAYLOR RAFFLE!

The Taylor RAFFLE is possibly one of the biggest highlights of the Spring Fair and we need your donations to make it a success again this year! Do you have sports tickets or new toys you could add to the Raffle?! Some donations from past Spring Fairs include American Girl Dolls, Nationals’ tickets, DC United Tickets, Gym memberships, hoverboards and roller skates, restaurant gift cards, LEGO sets and more!
