The Taylor PTA sponsors a host of after school enrichment classes throughout the year.  If you’d like to sign your child up for any of the classes listed below, please send an email to: AfterSchool@TaylorPTA.org.  

In the email, be sure to list:

• Name of the class
• Student’s name
• Student’s homeroom teacher
• Parent/guardian’s name
• Parent/guardian’s address
• Parent/guardian’s phone number
• Who is responsible for picking the child up after class

This registration form is for your convenience and can be printed or "saved as" to your hard-drive.
